I have one email address that, on receipt, the message is automatically moved to an incorrect folder from the inbox.
There are no rules set up i outlook and, although I normally use the automate add in to manage incoming and outgoing emails and their folders, I've disabled all the automate rules, checked to see if I can find the address that is triggering the movement, etc.. etc. and can find nothing.
Anybody got any ideas on where I might look to stop this happening.
