I have got some email addresses that when I add them to an existing rule group, despite what I do, they won't work. Well I looked a bit closer to the email address and found something interesting, in the address portion after the @, each one of these rules has 3 . in it. eg
Dick Smith <store-news@e.dicksmith.com.au> or
JB Hi-Fi <deals@email.jbhifi.com.au> .
Now I have tried to make a "search text" rule and they still will not move to the relevant folder. Is it because these addresses have 3 dots after the @ that the rules aren't working, I have always seen a maximum of 2 dots or less after the @ in an address not 3 ?????
