Outlook 2003 Mail Fails

I use Outlook 2003 Mail on Windows 10, but recently when sending an email, I get a Dialog Box as per the "Outlook" screen shot.
I do as it says and enter username and password, hit OK but the box keeps coming back.
If I go to email accounts and do "Test Account Settings" I get the Box in attachment "Outlook2"
This has happened several times in the past, but I've usually managed to recover by deleting the account,
then reinstalling it.
But this timethat didn't work.
I cannot identify any PC activity which might cause this malfunction.
Please help

You will need to log into your Gmail account and enable "Allow less secure apps", as follows:
