Outlook 2003 not sending all of the new email message

I have several user who have started having this problem with Outlook. While creating a new mail message if you are called away for a few minutes in the middle of creating the new mail message and than return to finish the new mail message everything you typed into the new mail message after returning to finish it is not sent in the email. Does anyone know a solution for this problem?
