I'm running Office 2003 on win 10 on PC.
When I send a new email and leave the "From" tab blank,
Outlook appears to insert an incorrect address when the email is sent, because
when the email is received, the From tab contains my email address with an extra incorrect letter in the first part,
while the second part is correct ie "xxxxxuxxxx@gmail.com [xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com]"
The first part is what normally looks like the "Save As" of an address in a directory,
is wrong as it contains an extra "u".
I can't find this address anywhere and have tried deleting the Outlook.NK2 file which had no effect.
I have reinstalled Office and it made no difference.
Please help as this from error is confusing recipients.
