Hi everyone; hope someone can help me solve this maddening problem that only recently began occurring. I have two iCloud accounts. I go through the steps to (successfully) add the first one (e.g. username*AT*icloud.com), then add the second account (user.name*AT*icloud.com) but when I click send/receive, the mail displayed in user.name*AT*icloud.com is identical to the mail displayed in username*AT*icloud.com, with the effect that I cannot view mail for user.name*AT*icloud.com in Outlook 2010 on my [Windows 10] laptop. I can view it fine on my iPhone but on the laptop, no joy. I've deleted/re-added both accounts several times but always with the same results. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
