Changing from WLM to Outlook gave me a problem because the csv export file with the contacts in WLM 2012 could not be imported in Outlook 2016. It takes me a quite long time to find the cause.
A *.scv file should be comma-separated, but opening the file with Excel, I discovered it was actually semicolon-separated [;] instead. How could this happen? After all, the reason is simple. WLM is not defining the separator by itself, but is using the List-separator as defined in the Region and Language settings. So before making a csv export file check this by using:
Control Panel\Region and Languages\Formats\Additional settings\List separator
And change it to Comma [,] if necessary.
