phone numbers fields in BCM are not correct

Hello
when I insert a new contact there are 4 fields for telefone numbers in the BCM form
there is "description of the field" then the "arrow to select" and then the "field for the number"
so when I see f.e. "pager" and I insert the number it is not "pager" but it is saved like "mobile"
and if I choose "pager" with the arrow, in the description field appears "mobile"
so the description does not match the result!
