Hi, today I have the following request: cti Clients that controls Cisco phones are receiving Directory numbers in the Format 0xxxx(Subscriber), 00xxxxxx(national), 000xxxxx (international). xxxxx could be a phone number of any length in Europe. The Outlook contacts are stored in +e164 Format. How can I filter the incoming cti Voip number Format, to be able to match the +e164 Format in Outlook, and to have a correct lookup/popup of the contact informations, without modifying the stored number Format in Outlook. We can imagine a partial match, without the Zeros, or a complete match on +e164 with a number Transformation/filtering. On CISCO side nothing can be changed, as we have some restrictions on older phones to Support a complete +e164 Format. Thanks a lot
