Migrating Outlook 365 Contacts & Calendar

IMAP
A customer has email from current employer.
It's based on Outlook 365 with hosted domain.

He's changing jobs and new email domain is hosted by google.
He will lose his old email address.
His email has already been migrated to the Google IMAP hosted domain.

He plans to host a new domain on Outlook 365 to use as container for Contacts & Calendar.

He needs to host his Contacts and Calendar on his new Outlook 365 domain.

How can he easily and safely do this?
 
There is no duplicate domain in the mix Diane.
What he actually did was set up a new personal OFFICE domain and exported his Contacts and Calendar to that.
He's maintaining his original OFFICE domain and the new IMAP domain he's migrating to.
When he's comfortable with it all, he'll remove the original OFFICE domain.
Aside from some screwy synch performance issues (solved) he's happy now.
AND, he doesn't have to use the GMAIL Address Book or Calendar.
