Hi,
I have 2 Microsoft Hosted Exchange (Office 365) email accounts. One is my business account and the other is my personal account. I have them both set-up to put all incoming emails into my Outlook 2007 Inbox so that I don't need to use multiple inboxes. This works just fine with no duplicates with Outlook.
A duplication problem occurs when I access email via my Android phone or IPad. Emails sent to my personal account are duplicated on the Android and ios devices. The only thing that seems to work is to set the apps up with the personal account as an IMAP account instead of an Exchange account. The problem with this is when I send emails from my personal account on these devices, the sent emails don't get synced back to the Exchange Server.
Any ideas on how to address this?
