Duplicate E-mails and Wetransfer

My Outlook 2013 normally works fine, but after I send a file using Wetransfer.com I get duplicate copies of the last two days emails.

I read;

But couldn’t see anything that look relevant.

3 Pop/smpt accounts plus 1 Exchange ActiveSync account.

Win7

64 bit

Any ideas?

Hi Diane,

I am leaving mail on the server for two days.

It is left for two days after it has been downloaded, just so I can pick it up from my mobile.

Wetransfer sends a link in an email to the file recipient.

They are large files that I am sending.

How do you get the file to wetransfer? If you are emailing a large file to wetransfer it can still be sending when the next mail check kicks in and the downloaded message count isn't updated. One thing that often helps is setting the check every nn minutes to at least 8 minutes, if not higher. Checking mail less than every 5 minutes is too frequent.
 
I would upload the file from a page on their website. If it is as you suggest the mail checking system, I guess I could switch off automatic send/receive when using Wetransfer. It will try that. It is presently set to checking every 1 minute.
