I have what I'm guessing is quite a strange problem. I have googled around for a solution, but haven't found a single page or post from someone else describing the same problem.
I have Outlook 2007 on two different computers -- my desktop and my laptop. I also have iCloud, since I own an iPhone. For years I have been using it with no problems, but in the last couple of months, I've noticed that when I create a new Task under "Tasks in iCloud", the Task will sometimes show up twice on my other computer. If I try to delete one of them, it works fine, but when I try to delete (or Mark Complete) the second occurance, I get the following error:
The item cannot be saved in this folder. The folder may have been deleted or moved. Or, you may not have appropriate permissions for this folder. Right click the folder, and then click Properties to check your permissions for this folder.
I have tried this, but when I click on Properties, I don't see anything about permissions.
This happens on both of my computers, but more so on my laptop. It is running Windows 8.1, while my desktop has Windows 7. On each computer now, I have some items in the "Tasks in iCloud" section that I cannot delete. I'd love to be able to delete them, but I have no clue how to. Can anyone out there offer any assistance?
Many thanks,
Matt
