Problem with Outlook 2007 with windows 7

I'm having a problem with my outlook, I'm trying to connect my outlook.com account to outlook 2007 with windows 7 but it wasn't work while in the outlook 2007 with windows XP it works. The error exist in my windows 7, the error message is like this:

what would I do Is there any suggestions to solve this problem? I really need to solve this so please help me with this problem. Your help will be very much appreciated. Thank you soo much!
