outlook problem it allow to book meeting room at the same day & time

outlook problem it allow to book the same meeting room at the same day & time. anyone got the resolution to it ? by right it shouldn't allow 2 user to book the same meeting room on the same day at the same timing can anyone advise me ? can i do outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy to resolve the issue ?
