Messages in Outbox reminder is wrong

Email Account

When I exist Outlook 2013 I get the reminder that I have unsent messages in the outbox and do I really want to exit without sending. there are NO messages in the outbox, not even any blank messages--nothing at all. How do I fix this? Thank you. ;)
 
Hi Diane - I could not get past the 1st step. After downloading the tool and clicking on "session menu" I chose "logon" but did not have "logon & display store table." Only had LOGON, advanced logon, & MAPI initialization." I clicked advanced logon and under that was "Logon only (does not display stores)" & "logon with flags."
