Send email to advertise@slipstick.com fails: "The group advertising isn't set up to receive messages from..."

Email Account
Exchange Server
Tried to reach advertise@slipstick.com to get your media kit.
Got postmaster@slipstick.com error emails in return:

Tried with 2 different sender email addresses at 2 different domains.
With the first one I got:
"The group ohio only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list."
and with the second one I got:
"The group advertising isn't set up to receive messages from..."

Not very friendly for possible new customers. :-(

Interesting... considering i received a request. The address is a dl and that error appears to say it was going to an office group. I was testing a setting to see how it worked before advising a client -- i thought i added the group to a test dl though, not one i use. Oh well... will check it.
 
Ok... it was mostly as i suspected. It was a dynamic dl not an office group though. :) I received the message though, as it was going to me and to the ohio dl. Postmaster should work without error - its a shared mailbox.
 
I tested re-sending my rejected email this morning, seems to be working now. :-)
