Macro Not Executing then send email from Explorer

My macro works when sending emails "Outook - New Message - Send". But if I try send email from Explorer "Explorer - File context menu - Send", the macro is not executed.
Is there a way to make it work? Thanks!
 
When you start a new message outside of outlook, it uses Simple MAPI and it jumps into the message creation process in a different manner and macros, signatures, stationery are skipped.

What does the macro do? You might be able to use a shim macro so you can trigger it by clicking a button or change it to an after sending macro. It really depends on what the macro does.
 
We use SMIME in our company. Outlook show message if recipients have not certificate.
Macro execute before send event. It checks, if all recipients have certificates then enable encryption else disable encryption.
 
Is that an itemsend macro or an event built into the form? When you use the send to menu, it uses the original default form, so you need to use an itemsend macro. But it should check all messages being sent.
