Clipboard Resize Issue

MS Office/Outlook 2016 Business Build 13127.20408 32 bit



I start a clipboard in Word. I resize it.



I open a new email and now, I have to resize the clipboard again. I send the email. Open another new email to compose and have to resize the clipboard again.



The original resized clipboard in Word stays resized.



Previously, once I resized the clipboard in either word or outlook, it stayed.



Please help.

Yes, only in Outlook.

I have tried:
open a new message, adjust the clipboard then close the message
pen a new message, adjust the clipboard, save the message, then close the message and open back up.

The resize of the clipboard does not stick.

This works here - at least until I close the outlook. Then it reverts to the left, with the width smaller. I don't see a registry key that saves the setting.

Yes, I agree. this is the issue I'm having.

It never did this before.

There is no use in resizing or moving, if, when you send another email, outlook reverts it back to the default size.
 
Is there a place I can go to inform MS of this issue?
 
Here it stays as long as I keep outlook open (which is mostly 24/7). If you have help > feedback or contact support, use it. I'll also mention it to my contacts on the product team.

BTW - Which version and build of Outlook are you using? See File, Office Account for the information.
 
I use the clipboard for individual emails. so every time I start an email, I have to resize.

Office 2016 pro 32 bit build 13127.20408
Windows 10 pro 64 bit
