appointment times are wrong

As of sunday, our meeting times are wrong. We're using Outlook 2010 and Windows 7 and are using -5 Eastern time zone and deselect the option to update for DST. Any idea what is wrong?
 
Yeah, I know what is wrong - it's your time zone. If you live in a region that does not observe daylight saving time, you need to use a time zone that does not support DST. Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 handle time zones differently than older versions and using a zone but unticking the dst box won't cut it. Sorry.
