Hi folks,
I'm looking to basically create a set-up in outlook that, once I select the start date, populates my calendar based on the distance from that start date.
To be more concrete, I run programs. And while they differ from client to client, there are certain things that need to be done for all programs. So 60 days prior to the start of a program certain things needs to be done. Same goes for 30 days out, 20 days out, ect. I'm trying to find a way to say "Program X starts on July 1st" and have Outlook assign events to my calendar based on that information.
Any ideas? Am I making sense? All help is appreciated.
