Office 2003 on Windows 7 pro
Just recently one of my folders (called "Company") under the Contacts heading, which is sorted in ascending alphabetical order.
opens in the fully scrolled down position, with the last Z entries showing.
If I drag the scroll bar back to the top, select another folder then select Company again, it still opens scrolled down.
The same applies if I exit Outlook and re-open.
All the other folders in Contacts behave normally.
So there must be something peculiar about Company.
Why has it just started to do this -
well, I was doing some editing of Contacts, inadvertently ended up with every entry duplicated,
used Excel to remove the duplicates and imported the result back into Outlook.
Apart from this scroll issue, the folder and contents perform correctly in all other respects.
I have tried re-sorting the folder to no avail.
Any suggestions for a fix would be appreciated.
