Importing other e-mail accounts into Outlook

I imported two email account to my Outlook file. How do I make one to be the primary account so that when I open Outlook that is the one highlighted?
 
You can set the pst as default - or if you just want a specific folder to open when you start outlook, set it File > Options > Advanced - Start Outlook in this folder - its at the top of the Advanced page.
