Importing .pst from Outlook 2010 (Win7) to Outlook 2013 (Win8.1)

I exported pst files for my Live.com and Hotmail.com accounts in Outlook 2010 on a Win 7 system. When I try to import them to Outlook 2013 on a Win 8 system I get the error message that Microsoft Outlook could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.:confused:
 
Correct, EAS does not support import. You need to use an IMAP account or upload them using Outlook 2010. However, if you imported them previously, they should be on the server already and won't need imported again.
