Hi,
New here, so please let me know if i have missed this in another thread.
Running Outlook 2007. It's connected to Google's business apps' email. It would be nice if I could write a rule that would:
-I send sales email to Potential Client A
----IF Potential Client A replies within +2 weeks from original sent date, THEN no action required
----IF Potential Client A does not reply within +2 weeks from original sent date, THEN send pre-drafted follow up email such as, "hey, didn't see a reply. wanted to make sure you got my email i sent last week?"
I can imagine many other custom IF/THEN statements really improving overall efficiency in a sales role...
Is something like this possible? If not outlook and/or google email, any other ways to do this?
Thanks in advance for
