Outlook 2021 hangs in close on taskbar occasionally

Hello, I saw the ALLOWLogout REG file quoted in a locked post on MS Answers that you answered recently.
I understand that having an IMAP (Gmail) account can make Outlook 2021 stick in the closing process, and your REG file fixes it, and that Microsoft are looking to fix this bug.

I just wanted to ask if the IMAP key gets created as well as the DWORD value (as it does not exist under the Outlook key on my system at
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\IMAP] ).

If you believe it is OK, I will give it a try.
 
FYI: I tested this on both of my systems with Office Pro 2021, closing while active sync of INBOX, and closing works fine now, thanks.
I assume there will be no issues IF Microsoft fixes this bug?
