Conditional formatting - when current account <> received account ?

I have multiple email accounts, and I move emails between accounts for archiving.

Is there any way to build conditional formatting only on items in Inbox folders to show that the message is NOT in the Inbox of the Email Account that it was originally received in?

I accidentally replied to an item I'd moved from one inbox to another - so, when I replied, it came from an email address that the recipient does not know.
 
yes you can do this by manually also and for this, you can also use a variety of third-party solution available online
 
The email account field will work -
