Lync meeting in outlook lose HTML formatting

Hi Guys,

We are on Exchange 2007 and Outlook 2013 with Lync 2013.. what I have noticed is that for a certain portion of our users when they create a Lync meeting within outlook and send it out to people with all the link information on how to join the meeting and stuff the text gets all jumbled up and scrambled and somehow the HTML format is converted to plain text for some odd reason.

This issue is with the users sending internal meeting requests and not to an outside organisation...

Does that KB article has to do something with the users having Blackberry devices? We use BB10 devices in here with Blackberry Enterprise Server 10... I think I saw a KB article last night but I remember it said it applies to BES 4.0... was the the one you had seen?

I hope something comes out of this.. I am kinda stumped and I have practically posted to all outlook forums with no luck! :(
 
Update: This does not happen only with Lync meeting but normal meeting requests as well....
