Is it possible to use OR ( may be AND, but don't have a use case at the moment ) when defining a condition for Conditional Formatting? For example if I want to create a single rule where I can specify a From Field with UserA OR UserB, apply the following font definition.

I have searched on the net, including this forum but haven't found anything yet.

Thanks,

Or is easy: either use it in the criteria in this format:

From contains userA OR userB

or use two rules:

From contains userA

From contains userB

Keep in mind that From on the first tab uses the email address, From on advanced tab = display name.

If you are using two different conditions, they are linked by AND.

From contains gmail

To contains Hotmail
