Showing images on company newsletter using Mailchimp

Our HR department wants to send out a company newsletter using Mailchimp to all the employees. The trouble is that Outlook blocks the pictures by default for safety reasons for most of the employees.

Is there a way to say if the Email comes from ....company.com show the images?

I really do not want to change all the settings on everyone's outlook just for a newsletter. If I were to go that way is there a way to change everyone's settings in one push?
 
Thank You for that information. They decided to go a different route and put together a PDF and did a mass Email to employees.
 
I'm not aware of a way of unblocking the images for your domain, other than updating everyone's safe list and changing their download settings to allow safe lists.

PDF is definitely a better option IMHO.
