Outlook Images showing as hyperlinks

Hi,

Suddenly when receiving emails with images, I cannot see the images - just the hyperlinks.
A setting has changed in my outlook and I cant figure what it is

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What antivirus are you using? Does to work in Safe mode?

Oh... are the messages in plain text? If the links look more like this: HYPERLINK "http://www." \t "_blank" press Alt+F9 to toggle it off.
