Outlook > Calendar > Location: when entering a city there, it often offers a location (city) in a wrong format.
No doubt the locations are retrieved from some sort of location tables within Office, but it regularly happens they have the wrong format.
For example:
CITY (just city only, no country/state, or anything else)
CITY (CITY, PROVINCE) (also country is missing)
CITY CITY PROVINCE (same as above, but no brackets)
I prefer the method:
CITY, COUNTRY (which is fine and in case of many other cities, this 'format' is also offered)
I didn't try, but wonder what happens when I use/enter my 'own' format (CITY, COUNTRY) where this is not offered by Outlook.
Assume this is stored locally, i.e. available for me only?
In what files?
In case of a fresh Office install, probably those entries are cleared and I should restore them one way or the other?
Thanks!
