Word 2007 is my editor for Outlook 2007 content. When typing content into the message text area, my formatting specs from Word are complied with. But when copy/pasting text from another source, typically an online newspaper or other publication, the formatting of the source partially prevails even though in Word I've specified that both pasting from other programs or from docs whose style conflicts should "match destination formatting". Instead such content may agree as to font and font size but ignore font color and paragraph structure. Or deviate by maintaining paragraph structure and ignoring font, font size and font color. Is there a solution that fully adheres to "match destination formatting"?
