Outlook.com calendar as Group Calendar for Outlook 2013 users

Greetings...

I'm looking for ways to set up a shared calendar for an office with three users.

Their email is hosted on a non-Exchange server. My thought was to create an Outlook.com account for the office, then add that as a second account using EAS for each user in Outlook 2013.

Good idea or bad idea? Three users all with access to the same calendar.

That will work. The only other option is using a 3rd party utility that syncs multiple computers, such as Sync2 or CodeTwo outlook sync. Links here if you are interested: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sharing/sharing-outlook-calendar-and-contacts/

Thank you for the reply Diane. I wonder, is there a straightforward way to hide the second "Outlook.com" account on the left navigation pane so that all they ultimately see is the calendar from the Outlook.com account? I do worry about confusing accounts and accidentally sending email from the Outlook.com account.
