Outlook 365 32 bit

My client's Outlook.com account within Outlook 365 does not show the proper address.
After adding the account it appears as follows:

I have tried adding the account a few times, but same result.
Please advise

I looked at the actual Outlook.com screen ... hover on top left area then shows the weird account.
So, it therefore seems to be an Outlook.com problem and not Outlook 365.
How to fix this???
