[outlook-users] Public Contact Folder not Listed under contacts tab

Hi All:

I have a client with an Outlook Public Contacts Folder which he has access to. We have added it to Favourites, and it is listed under the Favourites Heading in their Folder List, but not showing as a folder under the Contacts Tab. Using OL 2007. Anything I am missing?? Have not see this before, and any pointers much appreciated thank you.
