[outlook-users] Messages won't archive

I'm using OL 2003 under XP Pro.

I have a three-level file structure that I'm trying to archive.

Level 1 is called "Projects" level 2 is a client name, then level 3 is a

specific project name. At the start of each new year, I archive all the

project-re3lated messages from the previous year.

This year, the folders archive but none of the messages. There were no

apparent errors during the archive process.

Any idea what's going on?

Did you recently move the items into or out of (or out of and then back into) those folders? Archive works off the modified date of the items so if they've been modified in any way....

I'm sorry, but I don't know what you mean by that.

Close the reading pane, right click on the row of field names and choose Field Chooser. In the Date and Time Fields, drag Modified Date to the row of field names. What date is in the modified field and what date is the 'archive before' date?
