In our office, we hired a secretary - I configured 3 accounts in her Outlook 2010 (Info Account, Director Account, and Sale Account). Is there a way in which the other user besides the secretary whose accessing the Info Account be informed that a mail had already been read/replied and the other way around.
If the Director read/replied on his account (Director Account), the secretary would be informed so as not to create double reply
If the Sale personnel read/replied on his account (Sale Account), the secretary would be informed so as not to create a double reply
If the Secretary who have access of all the 3 accounts on her Outlook read/replied on a mail, either the Director, Info Account, or Sale Account would know that certain mail had been read or replied already.
All accounts are configured to use POP/SMTP protocols on their Outlook.
Can I do something about this?
TIA.
