I have recently installed Outlook 2016 and have added my Outlook.com account. I've tried to set up my icloud account that was unsuccessful.
When I've tried to open Outlook again and am prompted to enter the icloud details. I know the server details are incorrect so I am prevented from accessing Outlook.
I've searched for the .pst file and deleted it, but that did not cure the problem.
I've uninstalled/rebooted/installed twice but still no joy as I am still prompted to enter the icloud details.
Can anyone give me some advice as to how to fix this?
