Hi everyone,
I hope somebody can help me
I had an outlook version of MS Office 2013 and it has some folders into my mailbox (I was not aware that not all the emails were sync correctly with the webmail account). I updated the version to MS Office 365 and when I opened it I saw the miss of some folders with important emails, so I entered to webmail and then I see the issue...
I uninstalled the 365 version to go back to MS Office 2013 and I cannot open it because it says something like "microsoft office professional plus 2013 configuration did not complete successfully" I get back also to setting to "repair" it and restart and nothing is changing.. (Ctrl + R + Outlook/safe also is not working)
I do not know if this a .ost a should look for and then change to pst to recover
I highly appreciate the support to recover my folders and my emails
