Junk Email does not get added to the Blocked Sender List

Junk Email does not get added to the Blocked Sender List when I select an email and then select Block Sender. I must copy the email address and then add the item to the Block Sender List manually. I have Office 365 on Windows 10. I have tried to repair Outlook and it did not help. I have also repaired the .pst files. Still the option does not work. Any clues?
 
When you no longer want to see messages from someone, you can block a sender.

Right-click a message from the sender you want to block, and then click Junk > Block Sender.
The blocked person can still send you mail, but if anything from his or her email address makes it to your email account, it’s immediately moved to the Junk Email folder. Future messages from this sender will go to your Junk Email folder or End-User Quarantineif enabled by your administrator.

It’s a good idea to periodically review email messages identified as junk to make sure you’re not missing important messages.

If you later decide you want to unblock a sender, use Junk Email Filters to change which messages you see.

Do you have more than one email account in your profile? Each account has its own safe and blocked list.

I'm not aware of any bugs in outlook desktop that affects this, but outlook on the web sometimes has problems with this. Clearing browser cache often helps.
 
Yes, I have two email accounts. Neither one will add junk addresses to the Block Sender list. I will try clearing the browser cache to see if that helps.

Thank you for suggesting clearing the browser cache. That fixed the problem.
