I get a daily email that I had changed to go to my junk email months ago. I am using Outlook 2007 and try to now get it to go to my inbox. Goes to my inbox in Outlook.com I have tried a number of things over the past month. Clicking on its not junk on the top menu. Dragging it to the inbox. Right click and then add sender to safe senders list. Tried anything I could find but it still goes to the junk email file.
Does not look like I should ever mark anything as junk email if there is ever a slight possibility that I may wont to reverse it in the future.
That doesn't work for me. The address isn't there. Is there a way to just turn off the junk mail filter entirely and have everything go to the inbox? That would be a lot easier. At least until Outlook figures out that "not junk" means "not junk"
I wonder if it was moved by the server... you can turn it off in Outlook's junk mail filter options.
To check or change your Junk email settings, expand the Junk button on the ribbon and select Junk E-mail Options command. Screenshots at Using Outlook's Junk Mail filter
