I am new to this forum and have searched everywhere for an answer to this frustrating problem, can someone please help me! I use outlook.com as my web mail tool and have it linked to my outlook 2013 account on my desktop, when looking at my outlook.com account the majority of my email messages show up in junk mail. I select all and press not junk, outlook goes through the process of telling me it is reclassifying them as not junk and moving it to the inbox. Except that is not what happens, they go right back into the junk file. I have tried creating filters as slipstick has suggested with no success. I dont know if copies are actually in the inbox or not.
I cant be the only person experiencing this problem can anyone give me some input on this situation? Tx.
