Disable Junk Email in the Registry?

I have a problem which by searching I have been able to determine some other people have as well, which is that no matter what I do, I cannot disable the damn junk filter. Trust me, I know how to disable it, I have checked and rechecked the setting for every folder and every email in every folder, I have it set to off. Yet still it keeps directing emails to the junk email folder.

I tried to follow the instructions here:

However on my system the entry detailed only extends to the part shown in red lettering:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\14.0\outlook

Does anyone know how to disable this in the registry (Outlook 2010)? I am really sick and tired of missing important emailed based on Outlooks idiotic junk email settings. Sorry, I am frustrated :-).

Just tested this.

This disables them from turning it on or off but what i was looking for is a way to just set it to "No Automatic Filtering. Mail from..."

Can i do that?
 
That is a different key.

To set it in policies for all accounts in the profile, you'll use

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\14.0\outlook\options\mail

DWORD: JunkMailProtection

Decimal values: (click the decimal dot to enter)4294967295 = no automatic protection

6 = low (default)

3 = high

2147483648 = trusted lists only
 
This worked to set it to "no automatic filtering" but it also greyed it out, preventing the user from changing back. Ideally I'd rather it not greyed out. This way if someone wanted to change it back they can.
Reason i'm changing it is because most people dont use it and dont realize important messages get caught in there. For most of our client we have a separate spam filter.
 
Rather than using the policies key, use under the standard office keys - i'm not on my pc right now to get the exact key, but its usually software\microsoft\office\14.0 \outlook and then the same as the end of the policies version.
