how to disable billingual dictionary in outlook 2010

How in the name of George Bush does one disable this Billingual dictionary in outlook 2010. I've treaded forums and did everything I can find there and still, hovering the mouse over an e-mail - this aggravating dictionary keeps popping up. Can someone please inform me how to disable this thing before I heave myself out in front of a parked bus!!!
 
I have an English / Canadian French keyboard on this Toshiba Laptop running with Windows 8. Here comes a screenshot with feeling and it's the little Bilingual Dictionary popup that I would like to disable. bilingual dictionary.jpg
 
Click in the body - switch to Review tab ---- not following you Diane. I right click but there is no Review tab showing. Maybe you can clarify. Thanks!
 
O Titan of Outlook!!!! Please stand up - take a deep breath - extend arms outward - spin wildly until totally out of control, knocking over a maximum of 30 objects in the room. Then sit back down and relax!!! Finally, I woke up and ate the roses! Opening a new e-mail - yes, that was the trick. And clicking in the body of that e-mail, I all on my own clicked on the translator and clicked it off. I was previously thinking you were referring to any e-mail that I had in my Inbox and that was the problem. Excuse me while I do rotations around the house for 30 minutes!!!
