Hey all. Running Outlook 2013/Office 365 on Windows 7. I want the junk email filter turned off completely. No messages whatsoever going to that folder. No Automatic Filtering is checked. What am I doing wrong?

You can disable it completely using a registry setting. Details here: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/how-to-disable-outlooks-junk-email-filter/
However, if you are using Exchange, the server might be the culprit - it filters junk mail and drops messages with a high SCL (spam confidence level) into the junk folder. This filtering is controlled by the exchange admin.

If the server is doing it, disabling the junk filter in outlook won't have an effect.
 
yep, installed the regfile, the Junk tab's greyed out, and I'm still getting email in that folder. Thought of creating a rule that would send all mail received in the junk folder to my inbox but that doesn't seem to be possible, is it?
 
No a rule won't work - VBA macro should be able ot watch for changes and move messages as they arrive. I'd ask what the info bar says moved it, but it will only say outlook didn't do it - actually, if the exchange server did it, it should say nothing and if an addin (security software often installs junk mail folter addins) it will say outlook didn't do it.
