outlook 365 trying to finish my sentences

IMAP
Within the last couple weeks...outlook is trying to predict and finish my sentences when typing an email or notes within the contact field. I have played around with some settings but I can't seem to find this setting. I do like when it corrects the words I spell wrong (that is great). I do not like it when it tries to predict the end of the sentence for me. Very annoying ...never happened before. Maybe an update was done? I use 365 on my desktop.

I agree very annoying! It disrupts my train of thought. SOLUTION: Go to File/Options/Mail/Compose messages then uncheck Show text predictions while typing

I noticed it does it in Word as well. SOLUTION: Go to File/Options/Advanced/Editing options then uncheck Show text predictions while typing (at bottom of section)
