How to disable the pop-up “Reponses to this meeting will not be tallied."

How to disable the pop-up Reponses to this meeting will not be tallied."

I am trying to archive a specific list of calendar invites from Outlook 2010. The meetings occur in the future so I can not use the typical archive function. I am currently putting the calendar into list view and then selecting the calendar in archive folder. It works for my coworker without poping up the message; however, it pops up the following message for every invite I am trying to archive.

“Responses to this meeting will not be tallied. If you want Outlook to tally responses for you, move the meeting to the calendar folder in this account.”

When I am trying to archive 100 of these every few weeks it gets very annoying. Is there any way to turn this pop-up off, or a better way to archive a list of specific calendar invites?
