New Account Shows No Junk Mail Folfer

I have created a new POP3 account in Outlook 2016. I can see the following folders (Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Outbox, Search Folders) but I notice that there is no Junk E-Mail folder. To make matters worse, when I mark a mail in the inbox as junk, it is moved to the Junk E-Mail folder of one of the other accounts (I have 4 accounts).
