Folder Properties - Gmail account can't switch

Hi there,

Under Account Setting > Email I have listed several Gmail email accounts in my Outlook.
I had to reinput one of my emails, however, it's defaulting to its own new folder.

I have my Inbox receiving all of my accounts into the Inbox.
But this one email is now with its own, separate Inbox now.

That option that is under Account Settings > Email Accounts and then at the bottom it says Change Folder ---- this is not showing for me on this one lone email account I just added back in?

All of my other emails have this ability to change the folder.

And this new email is an IMAP email FYI, if that helps.

I appreciate it the help.

IMAP accounts have their own data files. If you want to use one data file (and only doanload in the inbox), you need to add the account as pop.

Remove the account.
When adding it back, before clicking connect, click on Advanced options then manual setup - then connect. Choose POP on the next screen.

Makes sense.
So here's the following issue -- even though I'm 100% using the correct password, it's not accepting it.

I've been following all the prompts they give to solve this to no avail.

Again, I appreciate the help here.
